4 Independence is a trading style of Positive Solutions (Financial Services) with more than 60 years experience in the financial industry. Since 2001, husband-and-wife team Lynne and Michael Gadsden have built a successful and highly-regarded financial practice based in Rotherfield, East Sussex.

Backed by a dedicated team of support staff, Lynne and Michael have been able to grow the practice while still maintaining the high level of personal service that their clients have come to expect. Staff are highly motivated and regularly take exams to progress their careers, while Lynne and Michael are both Diploma qualified. Lynne is also a Pension Transfer Specialist and has obtained the following required qualifications; Advanced Diploma in Pension Planning (AF3), Diploma in Pension Income Options (J05) and Diploma in Pension Funding Options (J04) as approved by the Financial Services Skills Council.

The main ethos of 4 Independence is that the client always comes first. Lynne and Michael's success is the result of a high level of expertise coupled with the relationships they have forged with their clients, taking the time to get to know them and fully understand their needs.
